COMPLETE MEETING PACKAGE
DEDICATED CONFERENCE PLANNING MANAGER
Available to assist you with all of your meeting requirements, ensuring
a successful meeting. Able to respond with flexibility to changing
meeting agenda needs. Our simplified package concept and menu rotations will allow you to organize the program without spending valuable time on menu planning or individual banquet meals.
CONTINUOUS REFRESHMENT BREAKS
Breaks are offered starting from 7:00a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Morning service features
our grand continental breakfast to include: freshly brewed coffee, decaffeinated
coffee, specialty teas, sodas, bottled water, assorted juices, assorted yogurts,
sliced seasonal fresh fruits, cold cereals, a variety of breakfast breads,
muffins, and bagels. Afternoon theme breaks feature a hot snack rotation, crudite,
ice cream, whole fruits, along with Chef's choice of assorted afternoon snacks
always keeping our health conscious guests in mind.
MEETING AND BANQUET ROOMS
Your guests will sit comfortably on Ergonomic Seats and at specialty tables set
to our specification with pads, pens, ice water, and candies. A meeting tool kit
provides all the necessities such as markers, paper clips, stapler, calculator,
post-it notes, and masking tape. A high speed WAYPORT line is complimentary for
the presenter, while each individual line is available at $50.00 per user.
Included with your meeting room will be three flipcharts and a one screen.
(An LCD Projector is included for groups of 40 more)
All space will be on a 24-hold.
LUNCH*
The package include a scrumptious hot & cold buffet, complete with a full salad
buffet and an assortment of signature salads, home made soup, deli platter to create
your own sandwich, Chef's choice of three hot entrees with vegetable and starch, a
variety of desserts and freshly sliced fruit.
DINNER*
A complete four-course dinner will be served to all guests on the Complete Meeting
Package.
Dine in our Tamarind Restaurant, located on the first floor. If your group requires
a private dinner room or would like the convenience of dining in their individual
guestroom, the hotel staff would be more than happy to assist in those arrangements
at an additional fee.
Ask your Meeting Planner about our Carousal Dining, which allows your guests
to enjoy some of Miami's best restaurants.
CONFERENCE GUEST ROOM
Each conference attendee will have his/her own deluxe overnight room with high speed
ether-net access, dual line telephones, data-ports, voicemail plus much, much more.
In addition, our fitness room and heated pool are the perfect way to relax after a
daylong meeting.
BUSINESS SERVICES
Our package includes nametags, table tents, and copies.
FedEx services, shipping & handling are also available for an additional charge.
FLEXIBILITY
Our staff is available to assist you with any special needs, whether it is to add a
specialty breakfast, reception, dinner, or upgrade your group to a customized theme
party. Our package is designed to offer you and your attendees flexibility in planning.
PARKING
Each guest will receive complimentary self- parking.
*Lunch & Dinner buffets are scheduled on a 9-day rotation, providing guests with a
variety of options without worry of repetition throughout the duration of a program!
Non-alcoholic drinks included.
The package is designed to simplify meeting planning by providing a "ONE-STOP"
SHOP that takes care of ALL the details (even the small ones) and offers an
all-inclusive price meant to AVOID last-minute add-ons or surprise charges!
