Last month, February 24-26, 2010 Pan-American Life, held its second annual International Sales meeting once again at the Wyndham Miami Airport.

 

I want to personally congratulate you for exceptional work. The entire event was a complete success. Just like last year, the hotel and its facilities were excellent and your entire hotel staff did an outstanding work to please and attend [to] our group of 200 participants.

IBM - May 2009

IBM presented the Application Services Learning Event May 3-7, 2009 at the Wyndham Miami and Executive Meeting Center. Through the duration of the event, IBM conducted 13 training sessions and two evenings of general sessions for 260 IBM staff.

The event was a huge success! The staff at the Wyndham was exceptional. When the IBM event staff arrived on Saturday, all preparations had been completed and the Wyndham staff were prepared to accomodate any modifications. The Wyndham staff were eager to provide assistance with logistics, manage shipments received and distribution of materials, manage hotel reservations and procure last minute supplies that were needed for all attendees. The staff made themselves available every eveining and ensured that we were finished for the day before they left. The service provided by the Wyndham Miami and Executive Meeting Center was impeccable, and support staff were poised to accommodate whatever the instructors, students and IBM staff needed each day.

In addition, the service provided by the chef and restaurant staff was excellent. The restuarant gladly accomodated special dietary requests, and the IBM staff received several compliments from the event attendees regarding the exceptional quality of meals.

Our experience with the Wyndham Miami and Executive Meeting Center was excellent and we recommend this venue. We would be pleased to return to conduct additional events.
